How do I change my email address?
Go to the manage profile section by selecting the link below — You will be asked to log-in to your account — Then select 'Update Email & Password'.
What if I don't have the password that went with my old email address, and I don't have access to that email address anymore to have the password sent to me?
You can register with your new email address by clicking here. You will need your full account number (ex. 123456-7) to register. If you need your NW Natural account number, you can email us by clicking here or call us at 800-422-4012.
I know that I am using my correct email address and password, but your site is not allowing me access. What do I do now?
If you have recently upgraded your browser or have changed your browser security settings, you may need to add our website (https://www.nwnatural.com) to your list of trusted sites. I have two accounts, but when I try to register the second account, it says that my email address is already in the system. How can I add my second account?

I had an account registered before. Now I have a new account number, and your system won't let me register because my old account number still shows up with my old email address. How can I register my new account number with the same email address?
Go to the manage profile section by selecting the link below — You will be asked to log-in to your account — Then select 'Add/Remove Accounts' — It is recommended that you delete your current online account and set up a new one with your new information.
